NOTICE OF MISUSING THE MYANMAR YELLOW PAGES TRADE MARKWe, IMEX (Myanmar) Co., Ltd., is officially registered the Walking Fingers Logo of International Yellow Pages Trade Mark, according to the Government of the Union of Myanmar Act, under Registration No. 4/1138/93, since 1993.
The aforementioned Walking Fingers Logo Trade Mark was used and distributed by the name of Myanmar Yellow Pages by IMEX (Myanmar) Co., Ltd., since 1995. Every year Myanmar Yellow Pages is distributing free of charge to the local Government Ministries, Private Organizations, UN Organizations, Embassies, Hotels, Local Entrepreneurs as well as Myanmar Embassies, International Chambers of Commerce, Trade Institution in abroad.
The CD-Rom of Myanmar Yellow Pages 1999-2000 edition was successfully issued by the our IMEX (Myanmar) Co., Ltd.
Furthermore, the Myanmar Yellow Pages Web-site (www.myanmaryellowpages.biz) is also successfully put on to the Internet by our IMEX (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. It has been noted that it is benefiting faster and smoothly to the National and International Entrepreneurs and Web-site visitors increasing every day from the different part of the World.
Nowadays, upon the popularity of Myanmar Yellow Pages Web-site (www.myanmaryellowpages.biz) has been found that our Web-site was misused and pirated.
IMEX (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. is the only officially belongs Myanmar Yellow Pages and Walking Fingers Logo, and where there is know anyone. Therefore, we respectfully informed to all that if you find, someone using the said Trade Mark and Logo, it is only the fraud to misled.
