Sithar Coffee is Myanmar’s Crop to Cup Coffee Expert since 1996 with stakes in coffee plantation, coffee communities, processing mills, roasting, and distribution of equipment and ingredients to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Offices, and Supermarkets. Sithar currently serves to 1000+ accounts across 45 cities in Myanmar.

Sithar has subsidiaries working closely with USAID funded Winrock International and Coffee Quality Institute, having exported green coffee beans to United States of America, Europe, and Far East.

Sithar believes in raising professionalism in the coffee industry working with Specialty of Association’s European Chapters to providing certification programs to stakeholders along our supply chain.

Sithar is also an avid promoter of gender equality and equality, with our founder being a working mother; while appreciates diversity of ethnicity within our workforce from Kachin, Karen, Rakhine, Shan, and Myanmar. Sithar is also the frontrunner with private sector initiative in opium replacement projects around Golden Triangle with strong CSR programs in conjunction with China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, SMTF for people of disabilities, and having supported Myanmar’s democratic icon Daw Aung San Su Kyi chaired Daw Khin Kyi Foundation’s Hospitality & Catering Training Academy.
