INSTALLATION, AFTER-SALE & WARRANTY

Gandamar has more than 60 trained engineers in Yangon, Naypyitaw and Mandalay to provide after sale service support to all the customers across Myanmar. We have specialty service engineers trained for all types of printers, ranging from SMB usage to large enterprise levels to commercial ones. The company provides on-site installation and outside service call at customers' request. We have service hotlines to offer over-the-phone assistance to all our customers. For any products from Gandamar, we offer 1-3 years warranty with the option for extended warranty.
